Saudi sisters flee to Georgia

Two Saudi sisters have made an online appeal for help after fleeing their country. In a video filmed in Georgia, the sisters say they are escaping abusive members of their family and that their father and brothers are already tracking them down.

It comes on the same day that women’s rights activists on trial in Riyad had a legal hearing cancelled at the last minute. There are allegations that the activists have been tortured in prison.
