Salmond accuser ‘too scared’ to ask for help

A woman who has accused Alex Salmond of sexual assaulting her at his official residence has said she was “too scared” to call for help.

The woman was giving evidence at the High Court in Edinburgh at the trial of the former first minister of Scotland.

Mr Salmond is charged with 14 offences against 10 women.

He denies all the allegations.
