International Editor

A human rights charity has accused the Rwandan government of the “enforced disappearance” of the hotel manager whose story inspired the Oscar-nominated film Hotel Rwanda.

Human Rights Watch says that the government committed a serious violation of international law and are demanding a full account of how Paul Rusesabagina was flown from Dubai to Kigali where he faces terrorism charges.
