Russian propagandist killed in St Petersburg explosion

The Russian propagandist known as Vladlen Tatarsky was killed last night in an explosion in St Petersburg.

The Russian authorities have arrested a young woman, accused of handing him a statuette shortly before the blast went off.

President Putin has awarded Tatarsky a posthumous “order of courage”.
