Russian foreign minister suggests Britain may have been behind Skripal poisoning

Russia’s foreign minister has suggested the British secret services may have been involved in the poison attack on former spy Sergei Skripal to distract attention away from Brexit.

At the same time, the Kremlin has revealed that Donald Trump has invited President Putin to the White House. US officials have confirmed the invitation. From Washington, Inigo Gilmore reports.
