Russia-Ukraine War: Children among 22 killed in Russian rocket attack on city of Vinnytsia

In Ukraine, at least 22 people have been killed and more than 100 injured after a Russian rocket attack in the city of Vinnytsia.

The Ukrainians say three Kalibr cruise missiles hit the centre of the city, which is far from the frontline in central Ukraine.

Among the dead were at least three children.
