Russia nuclear threat: UN and Ukraine discuss risk of ‘another Chernobyl’

As Russian attacks on Kharkiv in the East of Ukraine continue, the United Nations secretary general Antonio Guterres has arrived in the country’s West to seek a solution to the violence.

He’s met Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy, and Turkey’s President Erdogan in Lviv, where the state of grain exports and the risk of disaster at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, Europe’s biggest, have dominated the agenda.
