Row over what happens to site of Grenfell Tower

There is increasing concern over whether the recommendations of the Grenfell inquiry will be implemented.

Last night a Labour amendment, which would force owners of flats to share information with fire services, was voted down by the Conservatives.

The Government insists fire safety reforms will be introduced in the “fastest possible time”.

A row has also developed over what will happen to the site of the tower.
