Rohingya call on perpetrators to face justice on anniversary of attacks

Thousands of Rohingya Muslim refugees have marked the one-year anniversary of the attacks that sent them fleeing to Bangladesh by praying that they can return to Myanmar.

They demonstrated in the refugee camp that has become home to nearly 900,000 people. They fled last August when Myanmar’s military and Buddhist mobs carried out attacks and killings and burned down their villages.

Harry Smith reports.
