Roe v Wade: Leak suggests US Supreme Court may overturn abortion law

Joe Biden has said that he believes a woman’s right to choose is fundamental after a leaked document from an impending Supreme Court decision has put into question a woman’s right to have an abortion.

For nearly 50 years, women in America have been protected by the landmark court judgment Roe vs Wade that legalised abortion.

That looks set to change as the highest court in the country, that now has a conservative majority, shows it is ready to overturn this judgement.
