Rochdale abuse report: ‘These failures still exist and I want to see a chief constable in court for neglect of duty’, says former detective

The Crown Prosecution Service has told us that “decisions made by the prosecution team” when a victim of abuse was named as a co-conspirator, “were carefully considered at the time to ensure the strongest case.”
