Police in some parts of England and Wales were six times more likely to fine black, Asian and ethnic minority people during lockdown than white people, according to new research.

One youth support worker claims he was racially profiled by London police, and fined for breaching lockdown – on the same day Boris Johnson’s advisor Dominic Cummings took his eye testing trip to Barnard Castle.
