Restaurant trade turns to feeding overworked NHS staff

The daily outpouring of goodwill towards the country’s frontline medical staff has been one of the more heartwarming aspects of the coronavirus outbreak.

Critical Care staff at St Thomas’, in central London, have been enjoying gourmet meals thanks to an initiative by one of London’s best French restaurants.
