A Scottish court has ruled that an American rape suspect accused of faking his own death can be extradited to the US to face charges.
Nicholas Rossi who’s gone by multiple aliases, including Nicholas Alahverdian, insists he’s the victim of mistaken identity and is in fact an Irishman, adopted at birth.
