Rape suspect investigated over further attacks across the country

A suspect who was arrested over the abduction and rape of three women in London and Watford is also under investigation over a series of other attacks around the country.

Joseph McCann was arrested near Congleton in Cheshire after a standoff overnight with police. Two 14 year old girls had been forced into a car in the town yesterday afternoon.
