Queen tests positive for Covid

Just weeks into her Platinum Jubilee year, the Queen has tested positive for Covid.

Buckingham Palace said she would “follow all the appropriate guidelines” and was experiencing ‘mild cold-like symptoms’.

It’s thought that a number of people at Windsor Castle have contracted the virus.

The Queen, who’s 95, had been in contact with her eldest son Prince Charles earlier this month, just before he tested positive for the second time.
