Public ‘back’ taxes on single-use plastic

A tax on single-use plastics has gained huge support from the public according to the Treasury. It says a consultation on the so called ‘Latte Levy’ got the highest public response of any in the Treasury’s history. Campaigners say a tax is now inevitable. Jessica Savage reports.
