2mPrince Charles’ regret over paedophile bishop
The Prince of Wales has written a letter expressing deep regrets over being deceived by a former bishop, a friend of his, who was convicted of historic child abuse. He described his remorse in a letter to an inquiry today. He also denied trying to influence a police investigation into the disgraced bishop, Peter Ball.
He was jailed in 2015 after being convicted of sexual offences against 18 teenagers and young men.
