Last year’s terror attack in Manchester has prompted reflection over how Salman Abedi – born and brought up there – came to be radicalised to the degree that he was prepared to cause such human carnage.
A report, published today, paints a damning picture of fear and suspicion between different communities across the city. And it suggests there’s a worrying lack of public trust in the Government’s anti-terrorism Prevent Strategy.
