Police officer charged with murder of former Aston Villa footballer

A police constable has appeared in court, charged with the murder of former footballer, Dalian Atkinson. Mr Atkinson died in 2016 after being Tasered near his father’s home in Shropshire. A second officer has been charged with assault causing actual bodily harm.
