Oxford college to remove controversial Cecil Rhodes statue

The governors at the Oxford University college, where the statue of the colonialist Cecil Rhodes stands, have voted to have it removed.

But crucially they add they now have to look at planning regulations to see if it can actually be taken down. Symeon Brown reports.
