One in six children in England living in cramped overcrowded conditions, research finds

More than two million children in England are living in overcrowded accommodation and over 300,000 are forced to share beds with family members.

New analysis from the National Housing Federation estimates that one in every six children lives in cramped conditions, with no personal space, while parents are sleeping in living rooms, kitchens and even bathrooms
