North Korea claims missile test success

Asia Correspondent

North Korea has claimed it is now a fully-fledged nuclear power that can target anywhere in the world. It follows a successful  test of its first intercontinental ballistic missile. Russia and China have now urged North Korea to “freeze” its missile and nuclear programmes.
