North and South Korea exchange fire as Kim Jong-un resurfaces

South Korean military officials have confirmed that their troops exchanged fire earlier today with North Korean soldiers across the world’s most heavily fortified border – although it’s not thought there were any casualties on either side.

It comes a day after images of North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un were finally shown in public after a three week absence and growing speculation about his health.
