Nicola Sturgeon says a Scottish referendum will be held

The First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon has insisted that the will of the Scottish Parliament will prevail – a second referendum on independence will be held. Though she did say she was prepared within reason to negotiate on the precise timing.
