Tomorrow, the Isle of Wight will become the first place in Britain to try out a mobile phone app that could lead the country out of the coronavirus lockdown.
The Health Secretary says NHS workers on the island will be the first to be offered the government’s new contact tracing programme. The Scottish government announced details of its own tracking and tracing system to try to isolate coronavirus outbreaks.
