New face covering rules for England come into force

With new figures showing the number of coronavirus cases in England is not going down, wearing a face covering has now been made compulsory inside places like shops, banks, takeaway outlets and post offices. Police can hand out a £100 fine to anyone failing to comply. A similar rule is already in force across Scotland. So are people in England keeping to the new law?
