Mourners in North Carolina queue to pay their respects to George Floyd

Black Lives Matter protesters have started gathering in Washington DC for what organisers hope will be the largest demonstration to take place since the alleged murder by a Minneapolis police officer of George Floyd on May the 25th.

And in North Carolina, where George Floyd was born, mourners have been queuing up to pay tribute at a public memorial.
