More young people reporting mental health conditions

The proportion of children and young people in England saying they have a mental health condition has grown six fold over the past 20 years, and increased significantly in Wales and Scotland.

An analysis of data from a huge number of children and young people, 140,000 in all, suggests that the problems are far greater than official figures show.
