Mini beast from the east hits UK

No one is blaming Russia for the weather but it has displayed a touch of Siberia.  There has been more snow as the icy “mini beast from the east” continues to cause disruption to road, rail and air travel.

There is an amber weather warning in place in south-west England, south-east Wales and West Midlands and a number of sporting events have had to be cancelled.
