Millions march at Pride amid global LGBTQ+ rights struggle

Globally much of the LGBTQ+ community has felt more empowered over the decades but there is a growing sense that both here and abroad, those hard-won rights are being scaled back – even actively fought against.

We spent time talking to people at three Pride events in three separate countries to get a sense of how supported the community feels and how the fight for equality continues.
