Met Office warning over heatwave

The Met Office is warning people to stay out of the sun on what’s already become the hottest day of the year, reaching more than 33 Celsius in Suffolk, And temperatures are predicted to soar even higher in some places later this week. An amber warning is triggered when there are at least two consecutive days of at least 30 degree heat in daytime and 15 degrees at night. But are people heeding the advice and sheltering in the shade? We have been to Southend to find out.
