May asks EU for another Brexit extension, as Labour says PM hasn’t budged in talks

Get used to a ghastly new word: flextension – as in flexible extension. That’s what the EU is mulling. But despite Labour claims that Theresa May has offered no change to anything at all, Downing Street insists it is prepared to move with more talks this weekend.
