Mary Quant: Tributes paid to fashion designer who dies aged 93

The pioneering fashion designer Mary Quant – who helped to define the style of the swinging sixties – has died at the age of 93.

Her mini skirts and signature designs revolutionised the British high street – as well as transforming the way young women dressed.
