Man arrested in connection with US mail bombing campaign

A man’s now in custody in connection with a wave of parcel bombs addressed to prominent critics of President Trump, hours after two more suspicious packages were intercepted.

Federal officers have taken away a white van plastered in what appear to be Republican posters in the city of Plantation, Florida. President Trump tonight declared that political violence must never be allowed to take root. The bottom line, he said, “is that Americans must unify”.
