Male security guards, taxi drivers and carers at higher risk of dying from Covid-19, says ONS

Men who work in social care, and in low-skilled jobs like taxi drivers, security guards and chauffeurs – are at a far higher risk of dying from Covid-19 than the general working age population.

The research by the Office for National Statistics covering deaths in England and Wales is already causing widespread concern – Anja Popp reports from the newsroom.
