The trial of a nurse accused of murdering seven babies and attempting to kill 10 others has heard how she told one parent “trust me, I’m a nurse”, when she was interrupted during an attack.
Lucy Letby allegedly carried out the murders at the Countess Chester Hospital over a period of a year.
She denies all the charges.
