Lockdown measures reinstated in parts of Germany as cases rise

Countries around the world with lowering infection rates have been easing out of lockdown – but stepping into the unknown has not been without risk.

Germany has re-imposed restrictions for the first time, in one area where cases have risen. And there are fears of a so-called ‘second wave’ in South Korea.
