Labour’s Rachel Reeves in spotlight: what does she stand for?

Krishnan Guru-Murthy: The Conservatives started the week by warning Reform voters that they could put Labour in power for a generation.

Adding to the downbeat tone, Defence Secretary Grant Shapps admitted that a Conservative victory is “not the most likely outcome”.

Although Rishi Sunak was still insisting he could win.

Labour meanwhile have been talking up their business-friendly credentials – Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves telling big city investors they would see their “fingerprints all over” Labour’s manifesto.
