Labour unveil two point plan to break Brexit impasse

The Prime Minister is spending the weekend trying to come up with a Brexit Plan B to present to MPs on Monday. The opposition today unveiled its own two point plan to break the impasse.

But while the overwhelming majority of Labour members want a second referendum, the Shadow Brexit Secretary Sir Keir Starmer insisted his party could still end up backing leaving the European Union, so long as the UK stayed in both the customs union and the single market.
