Kickstart jobs scheme for under-25s launched

They’re the generation left behind by coronavirus: now the government has launched a £2 billion scheme aimed at helping young people into work, creating thousands of new placement roles.

But some employers say it won’t do enough to provide long-term jobs in an already tough climate. Our Business and Global Trade Correspondent Paul McNamara reports.
