John Bolton claims Trump was ‘surprised’ to hear UK was a nuclear power

As national security advisor, John Bolton was at the heart of the Trump White House, lasting as long as 18 months.

Now he has a no-holes-barred book due out next week – although the US Justice Department is trying to block publication.

Bolton accuses Trump of being ‘stunningly uninformed’ –  in what amounts to the most extensive attack by a former insider so far.
