‘It’s about commitment, not money’ – Labour climate U-turn criticised by former energy minister

The Labour Party are not the only ones accused of watering down their green commitments in recent months.

In January, climate tsar and former energy minister Chris Skidmore resigned as Conservative MP for Kingswood in protest over the government’s net zero strategy and its plans to drill for more North sea oil and gas.
