President Biden is celebrating the passing of his $1 trillion dollar infrastructure bill through the Senate.

But with progressives in his own party threatening to hold the bill up when it goes back to the House, and mounting criticism of his Vice President Kamala Harris, is this the win the White House claims or is it all at risk of being overshadowed?
