In the shadow of Grenfell Tower

The families who lived in the three blocks at the base of Grenfell Tower will never be able to forget the night when the flats above them burned and 71 of their neighbours died.

From this week, some of these residents will have to start paying rent for their flats again, flats where some windows still look out on the blackened tower.
