Immunity ‘loophole’ used by suspect in Harry Dunn death scrapped

The family of Harry Dunn, the teenager killed in August last year, have welcomed news that the US and UK have agreed to close a loophole giving diplomatic immunity to family members of US staff at a Northamptonshire airbase.

But Anne Sacoolas, the woman alleged to have killed the teenager last summer, is still not expected to return to the UK.
