Hundreds may have had human rights breached in Covid ‘do not resuscitate’ decisions

The care watchdog for England has said that hundreds of people may have had their human rights breached, after “do not resuscitate” decisions were made during the first wave of the pandemic. Their report has found that more than 500 orders were applied without properly involving patients or their carers.
