How law students see UK’s constitutional contortions

This current political crisis has thrown a spotlight on the British constitution – on the sovereignty of Parliament, the independence of the courts, separation of powers and the rule of law.

A field, say law school prospectuses, which is “fast moving”. They’re not kidding.

We have been speaking to some new law students in Exeter to find out if they know anything more about what could happen than the rest of us.
