Hopes for breakthrough Yemen peace plan

Earlier this week the Saudi-led coalition, under international pressure, stopped bombing the port city of Hodeida, where most aid comes in to the country. Like the capital, Sanaa, it’s controlled by Houthi rebels. UN officials say a permanent ceasefire is needed to avert widespread starvation.
