Grenfell tower fire inquiry begins

On Day 1 of the public inquiry into the Grenfell fire, the chairman Sir Martin Moore-Bick immediately tried to reassure those affected that it ‘can and will provide answers’. But he rejected calls for survivors to be included as one of his team of assessors.
